Nasdaq-, ASX- and TSX-listed tungsten miner Almonty Industries has advised it will voluntarily delist from the TSX effective July 31.

Given that the majority of the company's daily trading volume is on Nasdaq, and considering the financial, administrative and compliance obligations associated with maintaining a TSX listing, the company believes the delisting to be in its best interest.

Shareholder approval of the delisting is not required since an alternative market for the common shares of the company exists. Almonty confirms that more brokers in Canada have the ability to buy and sell securities listed on Nasdaq. Shareholders holding common shares in Canadian brokerage accounts should contact their brokers to confirm how to trade their common shares on Nasdaq, Almonty says.
