LSE-listed Pensana has confirmed that the appointment of Sheikh Dr Badr bin Dalhim Al-Faheid Al-Hajri to the board of Qatar-backed Cascade Natural Resources is still being processed and has not yet taken effect.

Pensana says it has been advised by Cascade that the process required to formalise the appointment is under way, with updates on the appointment yet to be confirmed.

As a result, the appointment has not yet been filed with the Guernsey Registry.

Cascade will confirm once the appointment has been formally filed with the registry.
