ASX-listed Felix Gold has exercised its option to acquire 100% ownership of mining leases and claims at its Treasure Creek project in Alaska.

The company has secured full ownership of two upland mining leases and 25 mining claims from Goldstone Resources and Oro Grande Mining Claims, consolidating its tenure over the project, which hosts both antimony mineralisation and a 467 000 oz Joint Ore Reserve Commitee-compliant inferred gold resource.

Felix said the acquisition followed recent metallurgical work confirming that hand-sorted bulk sample ore from Treasure Creek exceeded US military concentrate specifications as direct shipping ore, while also demonstrating viable ore-to-metal processing pathways.

The remaining purchase price of $1.4-million is payable within 30 days, with additional milestone payments linked to the delineation of future gold resources. These obligations will fall away if certain thresholds are not met by October 2031.

“We have now confirmed the ore quality, demonstrated the processing pathways, and secured outright ownership of the asset. That is a significant sequence of milestones for any critical minerals project — and for Treasure Creek, it positions us to move forward with clarity and conviction,” said executive director Joseph Webb.
