Name of the Project
Dianne copper mine production restart.

Location
Southern Cape York Peninsula, North Queensland, Australia.

Project Owner/s
Australian-listed copper exploration company Revolver Resources.

Project Description
Revolver is progressing with the restart of the Dianne mine after publishing an integrated restart study in January 2026. The development strategy is focused on a low-capital, short-duration restart using proven copper heap-leach and solvent extraction/electrowinning (SX-EW) technology to produce London Metal Exchange Grade-A copper cathode from on-site facilities.

The restart study proposes contractor openpit mining – over about three years – in a single-stage pit at an average strip ratio of 1.4:1. The plan is to mine and process about 1.65-million tonnes of ore at an average grade of 1.05% copper, with the SX-EW facility operating for about four years. Total saleable production is forecast at about 14 330 t of Grade-A copper cathode, with copper cathode to be trucked to Townsville for shipment to domestic and international markets.

Potential Job Creation
The workforce is expected to reach up to 35 personnel at maximum capacity.

Net Present Value/Internal Rate of Return
Base case outcomes from the restart study include a net present value, at a 10% discount rate, of $69-million and an internal rate of 35%, with payback of about 12 months.

Capital Expenditure
Capital expenditure to production restart is estimated at $19.7-million.

Planned Start/End Date
The restart plan contemplates mining and processing over an overall project duration of about four years, with mining completed within about three years.
